Event Application
Special T Group Events has developed its event application as a series of simple questions which will allow their staff to develop an understanding of the details of your event. This information will be vital in determining your needs and the potential merchandise sales, capture rate and average transaction amount of your event.
Verification and Scoring
Once the event application has been submitted, all information will be verified. Based on this information our algorithm searches our historical database for events that are similar in type, caliber, participant demographics and location to determine the financial viability of your event.
Art Portal
your Event Art Liaison will register and select an artist after reviewing their uploaded portfolios. Once registered, the Art Liaison can suggest elements and upload images to help transfer their vision for creating the event(s)artwork that will then be completed by the artist. Once a proof is created it is available for feedback or approval in the portal and also may be emailed for distribution there as well.
Product Promotion Materials
STGE will produce a full colour sales brochure for your event that can be included in participant registration packages. Each sales brochure will showcase the products available, event and slogan designs, merchandise pricing, venue locations, hours of operation and the online store website address.
Reporting Function
To deliver on our obligation to account for our activities and responsibly disclose the results in a transparent manner we provide thorough reporting and accounting of sales, sponsorship, custom orders and finally your commission. We strive to be approachable and available to interpret or explain any material or documentation we provide to you that delivers that information.
