The first step in the process is to fill out the short event application detailing your event and submitt it for analysis. The event application can be found on our home screen along the blue banner at the top of the page. You can also click here to be taken to the event application directly.

Once yuor application has been recieved you will be notified by e-mail that your application is being processed and along each step of the event application analysis you will be updated by e-mail as to it’s progress. Click here to read about the entire event life cycle here

STGE has developed a computerized evaluation algorithm based on data accumulated over the past 30 years in the event merchandising industry. We use the information you submit on your event application to screen our historical database for events which match many characteristics such as tpye of event, caliber, participant demographics and event location of your event. This provides STGE with a range of revenue possibilities from which we can determine the financial viability of acceptng your event. Upon acepting your event STGE will provide you with an event offer sheet which will include what your event could generate in revenue for your organization if STGE was chosen to merchandise your event.

STGE is not only prepared to purchase the merchandising rights to your event up front, but all of our offers will include two compensation options for your organization to choose from. First STGE will offer your organization a minimum guaranteed amount based on the number of registered participants at your event, and secondarily, STGE will also present a commisson schedule should your organization choose to be rewarded on each and every sale made during your event. The choice is yours to either take the guaranteed buyout, minimize tthe downside risk and lock in your revenue even before the evnt begins or maximize your events potential revenue by choosing the commission basis.
